ynETHx is a MAX LRT designed to maximize returns on ETH and LSD-based assets by integrating restaking and DeFi strategies into a single, capital-efficient, composable token. While restaking serves as a core primitive, ynETHx extends beyond traditional staking models, dynamically reallocating capital across yield-generating opportunities to unlock DeFi’s full potential.

The primary objective of ynETHx is to capture staking rewards and continuously optimize capital efficiency through modular strategy execution, AI-driven risk management, and real-time liquidity adjustments. By leveraging an evolving ecosystem of financial primitives, ynETHx ensures sustainable, high-yielding, and composable DeFi exposure while maintaining Layer 1 settlement assurances.

Yields are targeted within a 10–15% risk-adjusted APY range but can fluctuate above or below this range based on market conditions, strategy performance, and DeFi incentives. The ynETHx Strategies are managed by the YieldNest DAO/subDAOs.

Key Features

ynETHx is designed to maximize capital efficiency by aggregating ETH and LSD assets into a single, high-performance liquid instrument. It optimizes exposure across restaking and DeFi strategies, ensuring continuous yield generation. With a multi-layered revenue model, ynETHx captures staking rewards, DeFi yields, and additional incentives such as airdrops and governance rewards.

To ensure continuous risk mitigation, ynETHx integrates HyperNative’s threat detection and incident response systems, which operate 24/7 to identify and neutralize risks before they impact capital. This security layer is backed by a swarm of AI agents that continuously analyze market conditions, optimize allocations, and learn from new data to enhance yield efficiency over time.

ynETHx is fully ERC-4626 compliant, making it interoperable with DeFi protocols for liquidity provision, lending, and structured yield generation. Users can redeem ynETHx for ETH plus accumulated rewards or trade it freely across DeFi platforms, with built-in liquidity buffers ensuring smooth exits even in volatile conditions.

Withdrawal Flow

ynETHx uses a dedicated withdrawal buffer to enable instant redemptions on a first-come, first-served basis. A portion of assets is kept liquid, allowing users to exit without delay under normal conditions. If the buffer is depleted, withdrawals are paused until it is replenished through rebalancing.


ynETHx Architecture

ynETHx operates through an automated and modular framework that ensures efficient capital deployment and risk-adjusted returns by:

  • Automating rebalancing to optimize exposure across ETH staking, DeFi, and restaking strategies.

  • Adjusting market-making mechanisms dynamically, capturing inefficiencies for higher yields.

  • Leveraging HyperNative’s security infrastructure, ensuring continuous monitoring and proactive threat mitigation.

  • Using a swarm-based AI model to continuously analyze risk factors, liquidity trends, and market conditions for performance optimization.
