# ynRWAx Referral Program

The ynRWAx referral program rewards those who help expand the network.

If you know people who’d benefit from stronger yields and exposure to RWAs, invite them in. Let’s grow the ecosystem together and earn worthwhile rewards along the way.

The referral program starts on October 15th, 2025 and will end on March 31st, 2026. Referrals will be valid during this period of time or up until ynRWAx reaches $50M in TVL.

#### How It Works

1. **Generate your link:** Connect your wallet to the [YieldNest App](https://app.yieldnest.finance), browse the [ynRWAx referral page](https://app.yieldnest.finance/ynrwax-referrals), and click on the “Copy Referral Link” button.
2. **Refer New Users:** Share your referral link with your friends, community, or anyone interested in earning rewards on USDC. They will need to use your referral link or code and make a USDC deposit to kickstart your rewards.
3. **Earn Rewards:** You both receive rewards! We’ll reward up to 1.5% bonus APY on your friend's deposits during the referral program, and split it equally between the two of you. 
4. **Track Your Success:** Your referral dashboard gives you a transparent, real-time view of your success. Easily monitor the total amount deposited by your referrals, see how many friends have joined, view your pending rewards, and know when they will be available to claim.
5. **Rewards Distribution:** Rewards are paid in USDC. Snapshot will be taken at the end of the referral program. The airdrop will go live within 21 days after the program ends. Once available, you have 30 days to claim your rewards. After that, they will no longer be available.

#### Referral APY Tiers

| 1    | $100 – $99,999 | 1% APY                    |
| 2    | $100k+         | 1.5% APY                  |

#### Additional Details

* A depositor is considered your referee if your referral code or link was used when they deposited USDC into ynRWAx.
* Only USDC deposits into ynRWAx are eligible for rewards. If users don’t hold any USDC, users must convert to USDC before depositing.
* Only deposits above $100 USDC contributing to ynRWAx TVL are eligible.
* The more you refer, the more you earn.
* Eligible DeFi integrations listed on the referral page will also count towards referral rewards.
* The total duration of the program is 90 days, or $50 MIL TVL is reached.
* Snapshot will be taken at the end of the referral program. The airdrop will go live within 21 days after the program ends. Once available, you have 30 days to claim your rewards. After that, they will no longer be available.
* Once you use a referral code, you are locked into that referee for the duration of the program. 
* Referrers with fraudulent or suspicious activities will be disqualified from the referral program.
* The referral program can be modified, suspended, or terminated without notice.
